What does Success mean and how do I mark an email as Success?

We let our users determine what they deem as Success based on their workflow needs.

Everyone has their own definition of success which is why we leave this option up to our users.

To mark an email as success, you will have to do so by:

-heading into the specific email you would like to mark

-double click on this email to open up the contact details pane

-select the Success button above the email
