I Got An Error In Outlook - What Now?

If you see the following error message pop up...

Please do the following:

 (1) If possible, send a diagnostics report:

To do this, from the ToutApp menu in the top menu bar, click on “Options

You should see the following pop up:

Click on “Send Diagnostics Information” and you’re done!

 

(2) Submit a ticket to our Happiness Team here, just be sure to:

         (a) Be very specific (e.g: When I click the “Tout It!” button, I see this error pop-up)

         (b) Provide a screenshot (if possible)
