If your calendar isn’t loading when clicking the Calendar button from the compose screen, you may need to change the options on getting the calendar information.
To change the way the ToutApp plugin gets the calendar information:
- From the ToutApp top menu, select Options, and the options pop-up should appear
- Check the “Load Calendar using Extended MAPI” checkbox and click the “Close” button
- Restart Outlook, your calendar appointments should load now.
